Welcome to Kyndle.
Now we go build something.
The contract is signed. Payment is in. You just made a decision that, in 60 days, your business is going to be glad you made. Here's everything you need for what comes next.
First, a personal word.
Before any of the operational stuff, I want to be straight with you about what you're getting into.
The first 30 days, week by week.
A clear picture of what's happening when. Bookmark this. Reference it whenever you're wondering what to expect.
The Build Week
Setting up accounts, installing tracking, building landing pages and initial ad creative. Most of this is happening behind the scenes. Expect zero leads this week, that's by design.
Launch Week
Campaigns go live. Meta enters its learning phase. Your first 1-3 leads start arriving. Quality will vary, this is normal and gets sharper fast.
The Optimization Week
3-5 leads expected. Your first formal progress report and our mid-point review call happen this week. We refine audiences and creative based on real performance data.
The Stabilization Week
5-8 leads expected, quality noticeably improved. Your 30-day report lands at the end of the week. Cumulatively you should be at 10-15 leads, on track or ahead of the guarantee.
Three things, this week.
Each card is a link. Knock these out in any order, but try to have all three done within 72 hours so we can stay on the launch timeline.
Complete the intake form
15 minutes of focused questions about your business, your customer, and what success looks like. The more detail you share, the sharper the strategy.
Book your kickoff call
A 45-minute strategy session where I walk you through the proposed audiences, creative direction, funnel, and launch timeline. We aim to schedule within 7 days of today.
Grant account access
A step-by-step checklist for connecting Meta Business Suite, your Facebook Page, Instagram, and your website pixel. Designed to walk you through every click.
While you handle that, I'm already working.
You're not waiting on me to start. Here's exactly what's happening on my end right now.
Three things happening on my end today.
- Researching your market Pulling competitor data, search trends, and audience signals specific to your industry and service area.
- Drafting your audience strategy Building 2-3 initial Meta audiences I'll present at kickoff, based on what you shared in our discovery call.
- Preparing creative direction Outlining hook angles and visual direction so we walk into the build week with a real plan, not a blank page.
